
The Lahser Physical Education Department offers all students the opportunity to take part in a variety of physical activities and to learn the skills and knowledge needed to develop and sustain an active lifestyle in a supportive, safe environment. All classes include the three components of fitness: cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training.
