Lasher High School Marching Band Performed in 5th annual Detroit Veterans Day Parade
Bloomfield Hills Lahser High School’s Band performed in the 5th annual Detroit Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, November 6, 2010 along Woodward Avenue.  The Lahser Band was invited to perform by the Metropolitan Detroit Veterans Coalition and is one of only four bands represented in the parade and the only band from Oakland County. (Other participants include Cass Technical High School from Detroit and Fitzgerald High School from Warren as well as one military band.)

The Lahser Band was honored to be able to pay tribute and respect to our veterans through this very special community event.  This is their second performance honoring veterans as they also marched in the 2009 Memorial Day Parade in Washington D.C.
