Girls Tennis Tryout information - The girls tennis meeting will be held before the first tryout at 7pm at Pine Lake C.C.
Girls’ Tennis tryouts will be held at Pine Lake Country Club:
Tuesday, March 16 th from 8pm-10pm;
Wednesday, March 17 th from 9pm-10:30pm;
Thursday, March 18 th no tryouts;
Friday, March 19 th from 6:30pm-8:30pm;
Saturday, March 20 th from 2pm-5pm;
Sunday, March 21 st from 5pm-7pm

The Lahser Latin Club will be printing t-shirts after school on Wednesday. Latin Club members, remember your t-shirts and come prepared for food and fun.

Bonjour French club members – there will be a meeting this Wednesday, St. Patrick’s Day in Mr. Odom’s room. New members are always welcome.

There will be a mandatory visual arts TRAUB meeting Tuesday March 16th during seminar at 10:00am in the drawing room to discus floor layout.

Attention Lahser Students who are 18 years of age and currently enrolled in classes at OCC and interested in applying to Disney World and Disney Land should plan on attend a seminar @ OCC on Wednesday, March 24 @ 12 p.m. or 5 p.m.  A second presentation will be on Tues., April 6 @ OCC Farmington Hills at 12 and again at 5 p.m.  See Mrs. Mezey if you qualify and are interested. 

Seniors planning on attending Oakland University, Wayne State University, OCC or Wayne Community College and will be entering a human services profession such as teaching, medicine, social work and nursing are eligible to apply for the Metro Bureau Scholarship.  See Mrs. Mezey for an application.

Marian High School will be hosting its annual College Night on Wednesday, March 17 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. All students are parents are welcome to attend.  

Bloomfield Women’s Lacrosse tryouts will be March 15th-19th from 3-5pm on the Lahser Football/Lacrosse field. (Weather permitting). You must have a current physical on file prior to tryouts. Practices begin March 22nd. Varsity is from 3-5pm and JV is from 5-7pm. Mandatory parent – player meeting is March 24th at 7pm in the Lahser cafeteria.
Former Lahser student, Tyler Kim, will be here next week to talk with any students interested in West Point Military Academy.  Please see Mrs. Mezey ASAP to sign up for Tyler’s visit.

Attention seniors – the counseling department is requesting seniors to submit a “fun” senior picture wither through email or directly to Mrs. Bailey or Mrs. Mezey ASAP for the upcoming Senior Honors night program.

Birmingham Driving School will be holding a Segment 1 Driver Education class at Lahser High School. The class will start April 13th and run through May 6 from 2:45 -4:45 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The cost of the class is only $229. Birmingham Driving School will also be holding a Segment 2 Driver Education class at Lahser High School. The class will run April 20, 22, and 27, Tuesday, Thursday and Tuesday from 3-5pm. The cost of the class is $35. You may pick up further information in the main office or contact Birmingham Driving School at 248-540-2911 or 1-800-256-9559.

Seniors….have you purchased your ticket for the All Knight Party yet??  Check and see if your name is listed on the bulletin board outside the Counseling office.  If your name is not on the list, you have not purchased your ticket.  Ticket order forms are available in the main office.

All Knight Party will have a bake sale in the main hallway on Thursday’s after school from now until May. Please bring money to purchase something to support the All Knight Party.
