NHS is made up of students that are selected by their excellence in both academics and service to the community.
The students are selected at the end of their junior year and it continues throughout their high school senior year.

The NHS meets monthly to discuss how they may serve the community. We try to find new ways to serve and continue to serve in old, traditional ways.

The requirement os NHS are that each students are required to serve at least forty hours of service time and to maintain a GPA of 3.5
