WBFH Radio Students Win Eight State Broadcasting Awards from
Michigan Association of Broadcasters (MAB)
WBFH Named 2008 MAB High School Station of the Year!

Bloomfield Hills School District radio broadcasting students won two first place awards, four second place awards and two third place awards from the Michigan Association of Broadcasters (MAB) at their annual conference held Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at the DeVos Place in Grand Rapids.
The MAB received 431 entries from 33 schools for their annual High School and College Broadcasting Awards competition. WBFH students won eight of the 22 awards given out in the high school radio division. Due to the number of awards won by WBFH students, WBFH was named the 2008 MAB High School Station of the Year and received a gold record award from BMI. This was the fifth year out of the last six years that WBFH won or tied for MAB Station of the Year.
