1. There will be 2 shifts for each hour.  The 1st shift will be the first 30 minutes of class, and the 2nd shift will follow right after the 1st (the second 30 minutes of class).
  2. A person can only be arrested once per class period
  3. The back section of the cafeteria will be roped off for the event.
  4. 4 student council members will be arresting, and 3 will stay in the cafeteria and monitor the students.
  5. There will be a sign-in sheet in the cafeteria to maintain the time..
  6. Reasons for arrest must be appropriate for classrooms or will be marked void.
  7. Self-incrimination is allowed! (You may arrest yourself!)
  8. Free food, video games, and movies will be provided for the prisoners.
  9. Visiting hours are over!  During lunch, nobody is allowed to contact the prisoners.
10. Prisoners must report back to work in their classroom once their time is up in the cafeteria.
