What is Parent Networking?
Parent Networking is an opportunity for parents to talk
about common parenting issues and concerns and discuss all aspects of the student and parent experience at Lahser High School.
By talking to other parents we can:
- Learn about the social environment in which our students are involved
- Anticipate problem situations before they occur
- Prepare our students to make safe and healthy choices throughout their lives
Evening parent meetings are held at Lahser High School, four times during the school year. The meetings will be lead by counselor, Sheila Bailey and our principal, Charlie Hollerith will be available to answer questions.
Presentations will be followed by discussions of parent related issues such as:
Academic Difficulties Substance Abuse |
Peer Pressure |
College Process |
Gender Equity |
Teen/Teacher Issues |
Anything, that is of common interest to the group. |
