Advanced Placement Exam Administration Schedule and Details

The Advanced Placement Testing Program will again be offered for Lahser High School students this spring.  Advanced Placement tests are traditionally taken by students as they complete the last course in an accelerated program of study in a particular discipline.  For a fee of $86.00 per exam, students are tested to determine their level of performance.  Depending upon the exam results and individual university policy, students may earn college credit or placement, reducing tuition costs.

Registration for AP testing continues now through Friday, February 26.  To register, students must complete the AP Test Registration Form and return it IN PERSON to the CRC along with a check payable to Bloomfield Hills Schools.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  All Lahser students must register for AP exams at Lahser, even if they take the AP class at Andover or Model High School.

Lahser High School College Visits
To see a complete list of the colleges that visited Lahser High School this fall click on this College Visit link.
In addition to these visits, Lahser High School hosted Bloomfield Hills Schools College Night 2009. More than 125 college and university representatives and an estimated 1,500 student and family visitors participated from Lahser, Andover and surrounding areas, including Brother Rice, Cranbrook, Farmington, Marian, Troy and more. We are very fortunate to have had so many colleges visit with our students.  These visits give our students insight and materials to introduce them to their “future” educational plan.  Visiting with these representatives is only one step students take in order to evaluate their move after graduation.  An actual campus visit is a very important step in finding the college that is “best” for you.
